Removal WP provides a professional malware removal and security hardening service for WordPress websites. This involves manual and automated analysis and cleaning of infected files and databases.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To enable us to perform the service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your website and the issue.
  • Grant temporary Secure FTP (SFTP) and WordPress administrator-level access to your website.
  • Maintain a recent backup of your website before the service begins. While we take the utmost care, Removal WP is not liable for any data loss.
  • Ensure you have the legal right to authorize us to work on the website.

4. Service Guarantee and Limitations

100% Success Guarantee: We guarantee to remove the malware from your website. If we are unable to do so, you will not be charged.

Scope of Service: Our service is limited to malware removal and post-cleaning security hardening. It does not include general website maintenance, updates, or fixing broken functionality unrelated to the malware infection.

Reinjection: While we harden your site, we cannot guarantee against future attacks resulting from weak passwords, outdated software, or vulnerable themes/plugins on your part. Security is a shared responsibility.

5. Payment and Fees

The fee for the standard malware removal service is $39 (USD) per website. Payment is required in advance before work commences.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to your website’s content, data, and design. We claim no rights to your property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Removal WP and its team members shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount you paid for the service.
